Everyone love Fortnite dances! This is a fun tabata style warmup or activity because you have choice-choose to dance or choose to exercise! Keep moving and have fun! You will have the option to do the following exercises: squats, lunges, straddle jumps, helicopters, run in place, side bends, pushups, curl ups and burpees. Work hard and have fun!
