Learning is important, but it’s difficult to learn something new when we’re tired or low on energy. Encourage your child(ren) to recharge their brain and body by taking regular breaks throughout the school day to do something active. Not only are brain breaks fun, but they make it easier to focus and learn.
And remember to help keep yourself and others safe by practicing the 3 W’s: wear a mask, wash your hands and watch your distance.
