*HOW TO PLAY –
Each food group level will have three rounds –
* ROUND 1 You’ll see two different foods, you’ll get a few seconds to decide which food you prefer, and then you’ll perform a movement for 30 seconds to share your favorite.
* ROUND 2 You’ll run in place for 30 seconds and grab the foods that you enjoy as they come towards you. Be sure to keep count of how many foods you decide to grab.
* ROUND 3 You’ll share how many of your favorite foods you grabbed by performing a movement for 30 seconds.
* BONUS LEVEL You’ll get to share which sweet treats are your favorites.
What? You’ll reflect on some of your favorite foods and drinks. You’ll also practice identifying and learning about different groups of foods.
Why? To think about how a variety of foods give you energy and keep you healthy.
How? By reflecting on how your food and drink choices affect your health.
