Matthew Wood: Paper Rocket Fitness

Please log in or register to like posts.

Paper Rocket Fitness was inspired by the legend, Coach Tom Gelardi! To start, you’ll need a paper rocket, which is a piece of paper rolled up into a tube and secured with a piece of tape. Students will watch a paper rocket challenge for 15 seconds while they bet on themselves and decide how many times they will be able to catch the rocket in one minute. They will complete the corresponding exercise, this or that style. After exercise, they will have one minute to see if their bet on themselves was correct.
