You need no equipment at all, (JUST CLICK AND TRAIN ALONG) You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 8 exercises twice round!👌🏼

🎃 CREEPER LUNGES – 30secs

🎃 MONSTER WALKS – 30secs

🎃 ZOMBIE KICKS – 30secs
🎃 LURKER SQUATS – 30secs
