It’s that time of year again! I’m here to help you get your sweat on this Halloween with a workout that will put the frighteners up even the scariest of Monsters.
Mix up your training this week with my ‘HALLOWEEN HIIT WORKOUT’! 👊🏼
You need no equipment at all, just a timer and a little space! You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 5 exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.👌🏼
