“Let’s Learn the EZ PZ Dance – It’s So Easy! Join Us on an Adventure!”
Hey kids! Are you ready to learn a super fun and easy dance? We call it the “EZ PZ” dance because it’s a piece of cake! Get ready to move your body and have a great time!
First, we’ll take a step and bounce our legs up and down. Up and down, up and down! Then, we’ll put our hands up and flick our wrists from side to side. Woo-hoo! It’s time to shake our booties and have a wobbly knees party! Let’s do the step touch to the right and left.
We’ll bounce over here, bounce over there, and bounce bounce everywhere in this awesome song. And finally, we’ll give a big thumbs up for a job well done!
This dance is made for everyone, so it’s super easy and loads of fun. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through every step. Are you still with us? Great!
Now, let’s make it even easier! We’ll do a cool spin and put on a hat. Pretend you have a tail and swat away imaginary bugs on your butt. Can you say your name out loud? What about your friend’s name? Let’s try saying “James Polk” – he was the 11th US president!
We’ll skip in a circle and be careful not to step on any cracks. Time to get on the floor and do five sit-ups. Keep that core strong! Wow, you’re doing amazing!
Now, for the easiest part, let’s imagine the sky turning purple instead of blue. That’s so cool, right? And if your friend is running late, give them a funny look and point at your watch. You’re excited to get going!
