Hey kids! Ade Adepitan is a really cool athlete who plays wheelchair basketball and he’s also a TV presenter. He wants to make sure that everyone, including people with disabilities or who use wheelchairs, can stay fit and healthy.

So, Ade and I have made a special series of four workouts just for you! In this video, we’ll be using colorful resistance bands. We’ll do fun exercises like opening our chests, pulling down the bands, and pushing them out in front of us. We’ll even do a move called “woodchoppers” and pretend we’re shooting a bow and arrow!

It’s super important to stay active and strong, and these workouts will help you do just that. Make sure to share this video with anyone you know who might find it helpful. I hope you have a blast doing these exercises!
