Join us for a 15 Minute HIIT workout that is friendly for Kids to join in! This is a fun, full body workout to do as a family, group, PE class, and much more. This workout is great for building strength and conditioning with basic, foundational exercises. All levels of fitness are welcome, and you can do this workout petty much anywhere. We have exercise modifications throughout the video and we’ve provided some alternatives down below for exercises that may be a tad difficult.
