Check out this fun Fall Workout for Kids and Teens. These exercises can be done in the sitting or standing position. If you have movement limitations or any concerns about your standing balance, the seated workouts are perfect for you. If you are in a classroom and need a quick movement break to help with focus and concentration, then the seated workout will be great for you too! If you have a little more space and feel comfortable in the standing position then try the standing workout. We used a pumpkins to make things a little more fun, but you absolutely don’t have to. We picked these cute foam pumpkins up from my favorite store, The Dollar Tree. Check out the time codes below for the workout that works best for you.
