Get ready to have fun and get fit with this awesome workout video! We’ll be doing lots of different exercises like marching on the spot, doing star jump variations, and even doing a truffle shuffle. We’ll also learn cool moves like punches and step and pull. Don’t worry if some of the names sound tricky, I’ll show you exactly how to do them. We’ll have breaks in between each exercise so we can rest and catch our breath. It’s only 30 seconds of work and then 30 seconds of rest, so it’s super easy to follow along.
