Get ready for a super fun and quick exercise routine just for kids! It’s a special stretching routine that will make your arms and legs longer and help you move better. Plus, it will make your muscles strong and prevent any boo-boos. You can do all these cool exercises with us and feel energized for the rest of the day! Let’s have some exercise fun!

Here’s what we’ll do:

  • We’ll spin our arms like helicopters
  • – Take a little rest
  • – Turn our bodies round and round
  • – Take another little rest
  • – Twist and wiggle our backs
  • – Take a quick break
  • – Cross our arms in front of us like superheroes
  • – Rest for a moment
  • – We’ll pretend to be windmills spinning in the wind
  • – Take a tiny break
  • – Lift one leg up to the side
  • – Rest for a bit
  • – Lift the other leg up to the side
  • – Take a little rest again
  • – Bend to the side and reach for our toes
  • – Rest for a tiny moment
  • – Reach our arms above our heads
  • – Take a short rest
  • – Raise our knees up high
  • – Rest one more time
  • – We’ll twirl our hips around
  • – And we’re done!
