In today’s workout, we’ll learn all about our amazing bodies and how our hearts and blood help us stay healthy. Isn’t that cool?
To start, we’ll do some clap unders and straight punches. We’ll also pretend to be kangaroos and do some fun hops. Oh, and there’s even a dance move called the truffle shuffle! We’ll do Frog hops, low sprints, and touch the floor to the sky. Ready for some challenge? Let’s do reverse lunges, sit-ups, and burpees!
