In today’s interactive lesson, we are going to learn to explain the 11 components of fitness! By the end you will know all 11 including cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, agility, balance, power, speed, coordination and reaction time. You’ll also learn how to describe whether they are health-related or skill-related and be able to provide a sporting/exercise example for each!
