“Join me for a fun workout where we get to lift weights! We’ll be using heavy dumbbells and lighter ones too. Don’t worry, we won’t be rushing through it – we’ll do a certain number of reps for each exercise. We’ll start with 8 reps, then do 10, and finish with 12 in the last round.

The exercises are like fun movements that help us get stronger and fitter. We’ll do sumo squats, RDLs, front squats, shoulder press, bicep curls, press ups, lunge pulses, floor press, and bent over rows. It’s gonna be so exciting!
